title="">The recipe as i said the Italians often make friends, but also the same. And understood that I put my own twist by adding curry and lots of cognac, which did not exist in the original recipe and potatoes which got a very nice aroma and taste of various spices. The special flavor of this dish is that cooked without any water, only with the juice of citrus fruits is fantastic.
<span seemed too simple, I thought half of the package to make stuffed with feta cheese, while the result was very good again I was not happy, so after about a week i rebuilt and here are the results ... We need:

500 gr mushrooms (1 package in the blue packaging champion)

½ roasted red peppers

50 gr feta cheese

50 gr ricotta

100 gr yogurt (half a bowl of strained 2%)

2 pieces of sun dried tomatoes

dill

pepper

2 teaspoons oil

2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar

The feta and ricotta cheese is grated, pepper cut in strips, the sundried tomatoes and chopped dill. The peppers I used were from jar to sit it difficult to bake half only for the purposes of prescription. I also think that if you replaced the peppers with fresh tomato, the result will be as nice or better yet. How do we make: Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and carefully remove the base in order to make room for the filling. Place in a pyrex and prepare the gemisi.Se a bowl add the feta cheese, ricotta and yogurt and stir. Then add the tomato, dill (as we like, but not excessive, just for the smell), oil, vinegar, pepper and stir again. Stuff the mushrooms and decorate with a piece of pepper for a more beautiful color apotelesma.Psinoume the grill and our good mood ... In the pan the mushrooms pulled water. Ignore it, and I got him on a plate. The materials say, I filled quite rich, not stingy 17 mushrooms and a little filling left over which I ate along with a bun Thessaloniki that I had brought my good.<div fry him, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.Add the broth or water and all remaining ingredients.Lower the heat and allow the filling to cook for half an hour with the lid.The filling is done when you have absorbed all liquid. In filling maker not add livers and rice, some people prefer, we do not.If you need to reheat, put in a Pyrex glass and heat it in the oven, covered with a foil.As people when want to cook the steaks think how to cook: grilled or fried? My favorite way of cooking is in wine sauce pot.The steaks are very tasty but mostly very fast because usually i make from the freezer and directly into the pot, without waiting to thaw.
Ingredients for 4 servings are as follow:

4 steaks cut bottom to fit the chops, heat the oil, chop the garlic slices, saute to get fragrance oil and remove.Add the steaks and turn to sotaristoun well on both sides.Add the chopped onion and pepper purified from the seeds and cut into quarters.Deglaze with wine. Allow the alcohol to evaporate and add salt and pepper.Usually I cook in the pot and it does not add any water. For stewing, you will definitely need to add some hot water.Cook in pan for 15 to 20 minutes or saucepan for 50 - 60 minutes. When the food is ready remove the pepper and serve.Accompanied perfectly with basmati rice or fresh mashed potatoes.
TIP: When buying steaks and we want to keep in the freezer is good to put a - in a bag to stand so that when we want to cook, to get just the quantity but also want to thaw faster.<span
